I have to add that I also have much admiration for White Wolf for having had the foresight to dedicate one person specifically to this task. For most other companies this has to be done as part of the regular duties given the guerrilla-style ways in which gaming companies operate, but given they have the resources, it shows a certain level of commitment to have allocated time, space and cash to the development of this new horizon. Of the larger companies, I can't think of any that has decided to grab this bull by the horns so directly (yes, WotC has a digital division, but they have a different general goal which only intersects with what you do sporadically).
