My wife's current dice are ones that I bought, but they were more an apology gift than a thoughtful one—I had to buy them to replace the dice bag of hers that I borrowed and then lost at GenCon SoCal one year. When my boyfriend presents a hobby/game that catches my interest, I can get pretty passionate about it. I'm already a big PC gamer but haven't gotten much into pen/paper and non-traditional board games till recently. The end result is me ordering a huge bag of Chessex dice, a custom-made dice bag, a dice tower, and hundreds of card sleeves. I might have to get HIM a gift of dice at this point, haha :) That was a nice story, thanks for sharing it.
