We arrived in
Bath early in the morning, taking a bus up a steep hill to reach our
hostel. As the bus drove us down winding streets we felt Bath's power firsthand,
as we stared out the windows at the rows upon rows of fortress-like,
yellow-stoned Georgian houses, lining our progress like royal guards.

The back of Bridge Street
reveals the many business lining the
heavy stone bridge over the River Avon.
